Russ Moldenhauer

Born and raised in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Russ grew up with a very strong work-ethic. With his parents working multiple jobs, he had a great understanding of the dedication it takes to succeed. His father was an extremely talented tradesman and immersed Russ in all aspects of working on homes. From carpentry and drywall to electrical and plumbing, Russ had multiple first-hand experiences in renovating homes by the time he was only 10 years old.

After childhood, Russ took to other hands-on mechanical careers in facilities maintenance, the auto industry, and as an elevator technician. Russ found great satisfaction working in the elevator industry with the opportunity to hone all of his skills. Accumulating years of experience, he became a certified instructor for the elevator industry in 1997. To this day, he still enjoys passing his knowledge to the new guys learning the ropes. Staying true to his roots, he always pursued contractor work on the side over the years.

Starting in 2013, he and his wife Laura took to real estate investing. They first invested in education through a coaching program specializing in short sales. Shortly after their first deal, they were quickly able to regain their education expenses in profits. With the taste of success still on their tongues, they invested in more education focusing on wholesaling and lease options. At this time, they began lending profits to other successful investors, earning Laura and Russ strong repeated returns that continue to grow.

Giving back to their community is something Russ and his wife hold close to their hearts. Russ passionately donates his time to his church, traveling internationally on mission trips. He tirelessly builds homes, churches and community spaces to improve lives for those who are less fortunate. Russ is a selfless person with a great joy for helping others change their lives for the better.
